With ABM practices maintaining centre stage in the marketing industry, there are no short supply of ABM conferences happening across the globe. While some conferences/events are exclusively account-based marketing (ABM), others are more inclusive of the larger B2B community with an element of ABM in the sessions. Below we have collated a list of ABM conferences to look out for in 2022!
ABM Innovation Summit – Demandbase
Demandbase has been hosting this event in San Francisco every year since 2014, but the event had to be cancelled in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However you can still watch the keynote address on-demand here.
Global ABM Conference – B2B Marketing
Another event exclusively on ABM is hosted by B2B Marketing. This event is open for everyone – whether you are just starting out with ABM, or looking to scale. You can expected to be scheduled in November.
The event comprises of four content lead streams across the four core areas of ABM: sales and marketing alignment, account definition, data and insights, technology, including programme and content execution.
Content Marketing World
Content marketing is an integral part of any ABM campaign, so if you’re struggling to curate engaging content for your target audience, the Content Marketing World Conference and Expo could be a good place to start. Focusing on every aspect of content marketing, this is another important ABM event that you might not want to miss.

Forrester Summit is best suited for sales, marketing and product innovators within the B2B community. It’s one of the pioneering B2B marketing conferences that marketing teams look forward to attending each year.
The B2B Summit North America will be held virtually from May 2nd to 4th, 2022.
B2B Marketing Exchange – Demand Gen Report
B2B Marketing Exchange, one of the key B2B sales conferences, claims that it’s a must-attend event for B2B sales or marketing practitioners at the forefront of implementing cutting edge marketing tactics and technologies. The 2022 conference is to be held from February 28th to March 2nd 2022.
Adobe Summit is a big name among B2B and ABM conferences that marketers look forward to. During the 2020 summit, there were more than 400 sessions and labs across 11 content tracks including account-based experiences.
The next event The Digital Experience Conference will be free and virtual, March 15th to 17th, 2022.
ABM Certification and Mentoring – ITSMA
ABM Certification and Mentoring program is hosted by ITSMA, designed for experienced client-side marketing professionals who want to build their professional competency in ABM.
It is important to note that this program is not open to consultants or agency staff! The next virtual program available will be on February 3rd 2022, 3:30pm-5:30pm (HKT).
